If any queries should occur with regards to your order, we will endeavor to make contact with you by email and if that fails, we will attempt to contact you by phone if a number has been provided.

All parcels are dispatched unbranded, and discretely packaged. There will be no indication on the packaging of the contents. No need for embarrassing situations.   Please allow 28 days delivery, although we do try our best to get packages to their destination before this.

Payment will be made through Protx. A well-established internet-based company, which deals with money transactions. Visit http://www.protx.com for more information.  

All money must be cleared before dispatch.

If you are not at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must exit the site immediately and may not use or access the site or print or download any materials.

Returns

Please make sure that any returns that need to be made are within the conditions set below.

For items that are not broken and wish to be returned the following policy applies.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
