Delivery Information

Delivery charge per parcel is as follows:-
Up to £10 of goods = £3.00
Up to £50 of goods = £3.60
Up to £80 of goods = £4.20
At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply
Up to £120 of goods = £5.60
Up to £160 of goods = £8.30
Over £160 of goods = £11.00

Some particularly heavy products will have the additional charge within the product price.

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Once your order has been processed, goods that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

International Delivery

Europe: £35.50

USA and Rest of World: £50.00

UK Redelivery

UK destined Packages will be returned to us in the event that the package has not been picked up from the depot after a card was left advising a delivery had been attempted. We will then email you to tell you of the situation and allow you to decide if you would like to have the package redelivered.

Redelivery charges are unsubsidised and a link to the redelivery section of the site will be emailed to you depending on the weight of your package.
